We go beyond the Pilates technique to bridge the gap between your Health practitioner and sessions in the studio. All are welcome here!

Our sessions are appropriate for all levels. However, we recommend that new students with an injury or limitation begin with a Postural Assessment to discover and document your imbalances.

We will teach you body awareness and how to work with common limitations such as a lack of mobility, Osteoporosis, Scoliosis, and Stenosis,  among others.

Semi-Private EQUIPMENT

This is a shared session of 3-4 people. We use the mat, Chair, Cadillac, and Reformer to give you an authentic, safe and private Body Mekanix experience.

A POSTURAL ASSESSMENT IS REQUIRED TO JOIN THIS CLASS.

Using the basics of the Pilates foundation we modify movement to condition your body and help you understand how to connect to the core.

This is a structured Pilates class where you can experience everything you need to know about Pilates mat.

We use the Pilates Foundation and elements of yoga to flow through sequences focusing on transitions.

A FUSION OF NUTRITION – CORE – FITNESS

FITTFusion combines a mindful flow with the empowering challenge of strength training. Using an array of props, each session delivers a dynamic blend of movement that builds strength, enhances flexibility, and engages both body and mind. The program is structured to EMPOWER WOMEN in progressive six-week blocks and offers an intimate, supportive environment where every exercise is fully scalable to suit all abilities.
