PRIVATE SESSIONS
Whether you’re working through an injury, navigating physical limitations, or simply wanting a more personalized approach, these sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are.
We begin with a Postural assessment to understand your posture and movement patterns to create a session tailored to your needs. We offer three different types of small group private sessions which are all by appointment, open to all levels, and scheduled as a series to support your consistency and progress.
PRIVATE SESSION OPTIONS

PRIVATE
Our private one on one sessions are tailored to meet your unique needs, offering one-on-one attention to help release movement patterns that may be contributing to limitations or injuries. Each session is designed to support your body’s progress at a safe and effective pace

TANDEM
Tandem sessions are perfect if you’d like extra care while moving alongside another client of a similar level. You’ll share the session while still benefiting from personalized guidance, making it both supportive and motivating

SEMI-PRIVATE
In our semi-private sessions, 3–4 clients share a circuit-style class. You’ll experience a blend of Pilates mat work and exercises on the Pilates apparatus, allowing for variety, challenge, and a supportive small-group environment
