GROUP SESSIONS
All are welcome here.
We will teach you body awareness and how to work with common limitations such as a lack of mobility, Osteoporosis, Scoliosis, and Stenosis, just to name a few.
We go beyond the Pilates technique to bridge the gap between your Health practitioner and sessions in the studio as our sessions are appropriate for all levels. However, we recommend that new students with a limitation or an injury begin with a Private Postural Assessment to be more aware of how to use modifications that you will need to help you in a group setting.
MAT CLASSES
STUDIO
These Mat classes emphasize mindful movement to enhance postural awareness, balance and core stability with a focus on injury prevention.
Suitable for all levels, it incorporates the Pilates principles and often includes the use of props to assist with modifications and proprioceptive feedback.
LIVESTREAM
Our livestream is open to all levels and designed to guide you into mindful movement. Our sessions are Pilates-based, highlighting body awareness and mobility, as well as Yoga-inspired breathwork to help you feel connected and present. We focus on supporting the nervous system, and getting grounded in a practice that transcends through the screen and nurtures the mind, body and spirit.

ON-DEMAND
The effects of a demanding, and stressful lifestyle are showing up in our bodies. Our video platform was designed to offer a supportive space for you to move at your own pace while you reconnect through breath work and Pilates based movement. Guided with care and rooted in education, our videos are designed with intention to restore balance, release tension, and offer support as you move on your own.
